Land acquisition and strategic planning deals are a major part of Loxley Homes’ development programme, currently having c.100 acres of strategic land under option.
We will look at site from as little as 1 acre to 50 acres. If we feel the site has potential for development we will fund all the cost in achieving the necessary consents.
Options are generally taken from between two and five years.
